A 50% deposit is required at the time of placing an order for stationery and the balance payable on delivery. Full payment is required at the time of placing an order for accessories only. 2. A proof copy of all inserts will be sent to you Free of Charge for your approval. Please check all the details very carefully, make any amendments, then sign and return them to us as confirmation that your order can be printed. Once you have placed your order, quantities can only be increased and not reduced. Any amendments required after the final printing has taken place will result in a reprint surcharge. Once an order is placed all payments become Non-Refundable. 3. Cancellations. All orders are personalised to your individual requirements. For this reason refunds and exchanges will only be made if the stationery is found to be faulty, or does not meet your order specifications. This does not affect your statutory rights. 4. With reference to the Order of Service layout, if more than the standard layout is required, extra pages may be needed. This will result in an additional charge. Finalised Order of Service wording must be with us a minimum of 4 weeks before the wedding date, to allow for printing and delivery. 5. When using the Mail Order service, a 50% deposit is required when ordering and the balance payable on request prior to despatch. If you are unable to supply us with all the relevant wordings and you require the invitations to be delivered to you before the rest of the order, then an extra delivery charge will be required before we despatch the final order.
